Terms of service

Last updated: 19 September 2026. These terms apply to services provided by Seller Momentum, owned and operated by Faizan Mustafa, Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.

Scope of work

Each engagement starts with a written scope agreed by email, listing the services, the marketplaces and the monthly fee. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Account access

You grant access through Amazon's authorization or user permissions. You stay the owner of your account and can remove our access at any time. We follow Amazon's policies, and we will not take any action that breaks them even if asked.

Payment

Monthly services are billed in advance. Either side can end the engagement with 14 days' notice by email.

Results

We work to improve your account, but sales and rankings also depend on Amazon, competitors and demand, so we do not guarantee specific sales figures.
